Refund policy

You can return any order within 30 days of delivery, including cut-to-length rolls.

Returns

Barrier, edging and piling wrap cut to your length can be returned, and so can kits and accessories. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled and in the condition you received them.

Cut-to-length items

Cutting to your length doesn't make an item final sale. A cut roll can be returned on the same terms as anything else, within 30 days of delivery, unused and uninstalled.

How to start a return

Email hello@protechplastic.com with your order number and what you are sending back. We'll reply with the return address and how to pack it.

Return shipping

You pay return shipping. Please use a tracked service, because we can only refund what we receive.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to let you know we received it and whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return. Shipping was free, so there is no shipping charge on your order to refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet:

Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, email us at hello@protechplastic.com.

Arrived damaged?

Email photos of the box and the product to hello@protechplastic.com within 7 days of delivery, with your order number, and we'll send a replacement. See "Damaged in transit" in our Shipping Policy.
