Shipping policy

There is no shipping charge on any order to the lower 48 states.

Processing time

Orders placed before 2 pm Central on a business day usually ship that day. Orders placed later, or on a weekend or holiday, usually ship the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, except holidays. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email.

How we ship

Cut-to-length rolls and kits

We ship by FedEx Home Delivery or FedEx Ground, free to the lower 48 states.

Barrier, edging and piling wrap are cut to the length you order. Each cut ships as one box, and boxes stay under 110 lb. Each cut is one continuous piece, up to the longest piece listed on the product page for that depth. For a longer run, order more than one cut. An order with more than one cut ships as more than one box.

Full pallets

Full pallets of master coils ship by freight truck, not by FedEx. A pallet price is a delivered price: freight to your address is included, so there is no separate shipping charge. Pallet orders usually ship within 3 to 5 business days. For residential or limited-access delivery addresses, we quote pallet orders by email.

Where we ship

We ship to the lower 48 states only. We can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or addresses outside the United States. FedEx doesn't deliver to P.O. boxes, so please use a street address.

Shipping confirmation and tracking

When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with the FedEx tracking number.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, email photos of the box and the product to hello@protechplastic.com within 7 days of delivery, with your order number. We'll send a replacement.
